3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonus credits.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts must be used exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. The use of automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any technical method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players is expressly forbidden.

To access the full range of sabong67 services, you must complete the Account registration process. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

4.1 Required Information

During registration, the Company may require the following information: full legal name as stated on a government-issued identification document; date of birth; residential address; valid email address; and a mobile telephone number capable of receiving SMS verification messages.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and in accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, sabong67 requires all Account holders to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued photo identification, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by the Company may result in withdrawal delays or Account restriction.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access with any third party. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

sabong67 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods that are registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to an individual other than the Account holder — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

5.1 Supported Malaysian Payment Methods

The Platform supports the following Malaysian payment channels for deposits: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and Financial Process Exchange (FPX). All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction are subject to the limits imposed by the individual payment service provider.

5.2 Processing Times

Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via FPX and direct bank transfer may take between 5 and 15 minutes to reflect. sabong67 does not charge fees on deposits, but the User's payment service provider may impose its own transaction charges.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). sabong67 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC and USDT) are accepted via a dedicated conversion gateway, with the equivalent MYR value credited to the Account at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements, the fulfilment of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus credits, and compliance with the minimum withdrawal threshold of RM50 per transaction.

6.1 Processing Times

sabong67 processes withdrawal requests on a rolling basis. E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed and settled within five (5) minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take between 15 and 60 minutes. These timeframes are operational targets, not contractual guarantees, and may be subject to delays caused by payment service providers, banking systems, or regulatory holds outside the Company's control.

6.2 Withdrawal Method Restriction

For anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes, withdrawal funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not technically possible, the Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal via an alternative method.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or game round is only deemed accepted once confirmed by the Platform's server and a transaction reference is issued. The Company reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, resulting from a system malfunction, data feed error, or evident pricing mistake. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account balance.

8.2 Sports Betting

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sabong67 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While sabong67 endeavours to maintain uninterrupted Platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or technical defects. Planned or emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.

sabong67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: verified or suspected breach of these Terms; fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; confirmed multiple-account registration; suspected money laundering or criminal activity; or regulatory requirement.

In the event of Account closure for reasons other than breach by the User, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus credits and wagering-linked winnings) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to KYC completion. Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may have their balances forfeited in full.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any eligible balance will be returned following KYC verification.

sabong67 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to Account holders via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which sabong67 holds its gaming operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall first be submitted to the Company's internal dispute resolution process.

The Company will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, the matter may be referred to the relevant independent adjudication body under the applicable gaming licence framework.
